The Standards Which Underly Financial Harvesting®
In order for us to succeed, we recognize that we must set and maintain the highest of standards. We therefore regularly review our products and service delivery standards and participate in a rigorous quality control program self review.
Our Product Standards:
They are to promote and protect the financial sustainability of our clients. This requires that Quality Control standards are to be maintained in the production of our Platform-As-A-Service (PAAS).
Our Service Delivery Standards:
These standards are behavioral in nature and they therefore impact how clients are treated. What makes us unique is the personal attention, commitment and energy each provider brings to each client relationship. Each client is assigned a Financial Harvesting team, that includes a Lead Financial Harvesting Provider. The team will then work to ensure that our standards are being applied to our clients. Here are two of our standards:
- All CPA providers are required to abide by our Financial Harvesting Code Of Ethics.
- All CPA providers are also required to continually educate themselves. They therefore attend classes regularly.
Maturing Standards:
We strive to achieve continual maturing of our products and service delivery.
